Challenge
BestAuto sells tuning parts and car accessories online and runs its own service centre. The store was on an outdated PrestaShop version, with a design that no longer fit the brand. Shoppers need to find a part that fits their exact car, fast.
Solution
A full redesign and an upgrade to the latest PrestaShop version. Search starts with the car: make, model and year right on the first screen. An AI chat assistant answers questions about products and orders. The store is still maintained on an ongoing basis.
