Consumer dispute resolution
If you are a consumer and have a complaint, please email us first at support@penkovstudio.eu. We will do our best to resolve the matter amicably.
If we cannot reach an agreement, you can file a complaint with the Commission for Consumer Protection or turn to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body. In Bulgaria, these are the General Conciliation Commission and the sector-specific conciliation commissions at the Commission for Consumer Protection. Information about them and how to apply is available at kzp.bg. The European Commission publishes a list of ADR bodies across the EU at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.
The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 under Regulation (EU) 2024/3228, which is why we no longer link to it. Your right to use an ADR body or to go to court is not affected.
